The CHallenge

With Canada battling colossal shortages of PPE, our company was started to answer the call to manufacture PPE in Canada. We have state-of-the-art facilities housed here in BC, Canada. We have achieved the highest level of medical grade for our 3-ply face masks. Our team is dedicated to producing quality products in a sterile environment. We are poised to deliver essential safety equipment made by Canadians.

Products

Our facility is capable of producing key pieces rapidly, with additional products already in planning stages as licenses are acquired. Our product line focuses on three key products:

•3ply Surgical face masks conforming to ASTM F2100 Medical Grade Level 3 and EU Standards

•Face Mask Filters with BFE% >98%

•N95 Respirators - Effective production late 2020

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Our production facility and innovation centre is located in Delta, British Columbia. Using cutting-edge manufacturing technology we can rapidly manufacture and produce face masks that meet or exceed standards needed in today’s battles against pathogens.

 Our facility is located close to shipping facilities, both by rail and by air, allowing us to deploy solutions quickly to clients across the country.
